Phase 1 (Japan, one month) :
Global business leader skill and mind-set training, Action Learning®. Kick-off of key issues for own business and in developing self as a leader

Phase 2 (Offshore, one month):
Collaborate with offshore learning institution and consider global trends and case studies to discuss challenges for the company and transformational issues

Phase 3 (Japan & Offshore, two months) :
Put Action Learning® into practice. Teams verify their hypothesis and prepare a presentation of their strategic plan to top executives
